Controlled Access to Our Centre
Patients and visitors are no longer required to undergo screening upon entry however, to protect the health and wellbeing of the whole population, we ask that you DO NOT come to our centre:
- If you have travelled overseas or interstate in the last 14 days prior to your appointment; OR
- If you are unwell in any way, including fever, cough, sore throat or shortness of breath; OR
- If you have had close contact with someone diagnosed with or suspected of having Coronavirus (COVID-19) in the last 14 days prior to your appointment
Please contact us by telephone on (08) 9380 0380 during business hours or online should any of the above apply to you and our team will assist you to make suitable arrangements.
Whilst gathering limits have been removed in WA, 1.5m physical distancing between patients within our centre is still required as part of Phase 4. To comply with this WA Government guideline, we are limited to a maximum of seven (7) patrons at any one time. Therefore only clients/patients will be allowed into the centre and all other family members etc will be asked to remain outside our centre.
Stay Healthy Whilst In Our Centre
Our centre will undertake multiple precautions to protect your health, the health of our staff and their families. We have completed a Phase 4 COVID Safety Plan to ensure we mitigate the risk of COVID-19, in line with health advice. This plan documents how our clients and staff will be kept safe during the pandemic, and includes protocols on:
- Physical distancing
- Hygiene standards
- Staff training and education
- Contact tracing
All visitors to our centre are expected to follow the instructions of our staff members at all times and we kindly ask you to continue to practice physical distancing and good personal hygiene at all times.
Recent Overseas or Interstate Travel
We urge everyone to follow the Government’s guidelines, including self-isolation following the return from any recent overseas or interstate travel. Please visit the WA Department of Health website for more information or call the National Coronavirus helpline on 1800 020 080.
If you have surgery planned with our Specialist Plastic Surgeons, it is strongly recommended you do not travel with a return date less than four (4) weeks prior to your surgery date.
